Retirement Savings
We offer a Retirement Savings plan with a company match. This plan allows employees to save for retirement in both a pre-tax 401k account and a post-tax Roth account. The company matches both types of accounts. Employees have many investment options from which to choose.
Paid Time Off
The company observes eight paid holidays, plus sick days, vacation, funeral leave and jury duty.
This insurance bundle is subsidized by the company. Employees may choose from different coverage tiers: self, self + spouse/partner; self + child(ren); or family.
Section 125 Plan
Section 125 plans are utilized so employees' group insurance premiums are deducted on a pre-tax basis. Employees also can save for Healthcare and/or Dependent Care expenses through pre-tax deductions.
